Description: STIX Prep (Formerly STIX Bantam) is an elite program designed for players who competed in U15 AA/AAA this past season. Our goal is to help all players in this program reach the next level in their hockey careers by providing a holistic, differentiated program that focuses on both the mind and body. This program aims to prepare players for the jump to U16/U18, but also for the many important decisions that they will face in the next few years, including Alberta Cup, the WHL Draft, Junior A vs. WHL, and USports vs. NCAA.  For more information on programming for different age groups please go through all our STIX Spring Program and STIX Collegiate Exposure Camp tabs.

Location: These ice sessions ideally will be in Central Calgary facilities

Dates: April to June 2021 (9 weeks) 

Fee: $2,200.00 plus GST

What's included:

• 20 Individual skill development ice sessions
• 4  Games
• 3 Multi-sport competitions
• STIX Cup Internal Competition
• STIX Collegiate Cup Tournament - late June ($539 + GST for an individual)
  • 4 day tournament run by College and University Coaches that is foused on exposing and educating families on post-secondary hockey options
• Off ice skill development program for the summer
• 2  Classroom Sessions (Topics include: Road Ahead, Nutrition, Academics and more)
• Entrance and exit family meetings with the Coach
• Goal setting and follow-up during the summer leading up to tryouts/evaluations
• Family advising on the hockey journey which includes phone calls, emails and/or texts on hockey/academic decisions
• World Pro for goalies
• Mental health support
• Jersey and socks
